  The Purpose
  At any time he carries a fragment from his garden with him. An established contract, with the benefit of said fragment having the potential to finally achieved completion, and manifest a true will of its own. However, not every spirit is willing to use the same method. Others might slip forth to feed from the negativity of the beings around it, manifesting themselves as something darker and potentially dangerous. It is then up to Sthenos, to remove it. Still, the spirit contracted to him can also be utilized if need be, though after it is used for a task, the spirits contract is immediately fulfilled, and it remains no longer.

  Defensive

  
  The contracted spirit is capable of manifesting and hardening itself to receive most blows with little to no damage to the shielded. Piercing, Slashing, and Blunt force.
  The spirit is also capable of expending its energy to negate medium to minor offensive spells, such as cast fireball.

  
  
  

  Offensive

  
  The contracted spirit can also manifest itself for the purpose of offense. It can be commanded forward with enough blunt force to knock the average human male a few feet back and on their ass.
  It can take on the form of a weapon when willed, such as a sword. Its most vulnerable state, for while of an extremely reliable make, it can be damaged heavily.

  
  
  
  

  Restorative

  
  The contracted spirit is capable of swiftly mending medium to minor wounds completely. Or, aiding in reducing the critical condition of major wounds. A broken bone could be perfectly set to naturally heal with little to no flaws in the process, however the bone itself would not be mended otherwise.
  The spirit can be willed to extract toxins, as well as remove minor hexes and weak curses.
